The information we collect about you:
We record your name, postal address, phone number(s) and email address when you contact us using our online booking enquiry form, on-line booking button or when telephoning to enquire about rooms or make a booking. Your information is stored on an electronic on-line booking diary which is hosted by that company. When making a booking we also take your credit or debit card details e.g. long card number, expiry date and CCV. If you supply this when making an on-line booking, the details are held securely within the password protected systems.
Why we take this information:
It is for the sole purpose to help us provide our service to you. For example, communicating with you on enquiries and room bookings, answering your questions about our services, providing information you have asked for, taking pre-payments/deposits and making you aware of any offers we are providing.
Our website may contain links to other websites. If you select a link you will leave our site and we have no control over that other website. We are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide to other websites. Therefore, you should view the privacy statement for a website you have linked to.
Controlling your personal information:
If you prefer for us not to provide you with our own email marketing, please tell us by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Also note that if you book a room with us via an online travel agent they have their own privacy policies and marketing procedures and they may contact you separately. We have no control over their procedures so you will need to contact them directly if you want any marketing they send directly to you to stop.
We have described what information we keep about you and if you want us to send you a copy of that information please request this by emailing us. If you believe any of this information is incorrect then email us the correction and we will update this immediately.
